Balanced diet nice sound but difficult to follow

We live in 21st century India is completed their 71 year of independence but still now we are facing so many problems in India like increasing population day by day, pollution, raper, corruption so many problems which is countless…but in today digital era of the world most of the people facing health issue which is countless that’s reason death ratio increasing day by day…the behind the problem the only reason is people not taking a healthy balanced diet. In digitalization era people are fast forward but unconsciousness for their own health…

 

So, all age groups having health issue , the reason is less health conscious not taking a proper and balanced diet,  eating more and more junk food so that’s result all age group having health

  3. Eat less salted food.
  4. Including a portion of Yogurt, Fresh Juices, Milk..

 

 

Advantages of Healthy diet:

  1. Reduce the risk of heart diseases.
  2. Maintaining blood pressure.
  3. Maintaining cholesterol.
  4. And a healthy balanced diet good for your brain and rest of the body.

Eating a healthy and balanced diet is the opportunity to stay fit to your body and increase of work level and reduces their health issue. If you take a proper a healthy balanced diet it’s increase the chance of live long and enjoy and spend their wonderful life which is given by god.  One thing I also want to share with you a hero admired lot of people wonderful line “Health is Wealth”
